Description: RealBenefits is a national demonstration program that is currently focused on three states: Illinois, Maine and Massachusetts. The earmark grant to Community Catalyst Inc. continues the effort to expand RealBenefits in Massachusetts. The objective of this project is to improve access to health and nutrition services through outreach and the use of innovative technology tools to speed and simplify enrollment in Medicaid and other public benefit programs.
