Description: The objective of the project is to provide a flexible way to address the changing needs of people living with HIV/AIDS through the following five activities: expand facility-based housing with support services; provide new permanent scattered-site housing; deliver interdisciplinary support services for in-home care; develop and provide caregiver training; integrate the Neighborhood Housing and Care Program into mainstream services.
