Description: The Gulf and South Atlantic Fisheries Foundation will implement a multifaceted educational campaign to reduce shellfish poisoning from the bacteria /Vibrio vulnificus/ in California, Florida, Louisiana, and Texas. This campaign includes direct mailings targeting health care professional and at-risk oyster consumers; creation and airing of educational radio and television advertisements targeting at-risk consumers; creation and maintenance of a dedicated website for /Vibrio vulnificus /information. http://www.beoysteraware.com/
