Description: The funds were provided as direct pass-through to Long Live the Kings (LLTKs), with a portion retained by the Service for technical assistance. LLTKs would use additional funds for ongoing operation of their Wishkah River salmon hatchery (a State-owned facility modified for native fish production) and for salmon recovery and habitat restoration projects in the Wishkah River watersheds and Hood Canal rivers
