This project will address the primary problem of lack of constructive use of after school and weekend time by central city teens and will therefore target these teens in the 8-12th grades. The project plans to serve 300 unduplicated youth over a 3-year period. Outcomes will be measured by participation, satisfaction surveys, and self-reported behavioral change surveys.
