Description: The project will assemble an interdisciplinary team to help increase the collection of child support payments in hard to enforce cases. The goal is to improve the emotional, social, and economic well being of children currently not receiving financial support from a non-custodial parent obligated to provide such support. Non-payment instances targeted will primarily include cases where automated enforcement activities have proven to be ineffective.
