Description: This project provides earmarked funding to support, in part, construction of a transitional living facility for juveniles and young adults operated by the Covenant House New Jersey, Rights of Passage Program. OJJDP funding will be allocated specifically for architectural design of a new facility, and for start-up construction costs. The use of OJJDP funds for the specified purposes will be in compliance with the provisions of 42 U.S.C. 5674 which govern both the funding of construction and of residential programs.
