Description: The City of San Jose will provide the Mayor's Gang Prevention Task Force with funding to develop a crisis response protocol (extensive training for schools and community based organizations), to implement a multi-media strategy, and to provide parent trainings. This program includes an evaluation on the implementation of these services and their effects on the schools, community and parents of San Jose. Progress will be measured by service productivity and increased knowledge and/or improving skills of the participants. Each goal has objectives and specific performance measures listed. This program will submit categorical assistance progress reports on the measurable outcomes.
