Description: The Pinellas County Board of Commissioners, on behalf of the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office through a contract with the Pinellas County Police Athletic League, Inc., (PAL) will continue to provide year-round after school and summer program to at least 1,100 youth ages six to seventeen who reside in Pinellas County. The Pinellas After School Program will provide educational, recreational and sports activities in a safe, drug free and supervised environment. Of the approximately 1,100 participants in the PAL program data will be collected that will measure the impact of the program's effort in providing academic and recreation services to the target population.
