Description: The Alvin Ailey Dance Foundation operates AileyCamp, a six-week summer day camp serving 90-100 inner city children, ages 11-14 in seven cities nationwide. The program's goals include helping children learn the value of commitment and self-discipline, increasing cognitive abilities, improving interpersonal skills, and providing positive role models.
