Description: The Child and Family Intervention Center of Montana (CFIC of MT) will provide intervention to 550 Native American and other at-risk children and adolescents to help them cope with severe crisis. The program will provide services such as mentoring, education, chemical addiction evaluation and counseling, medical and psychological care, and transportation to training and employment. The program will submit in GMS categorical progress reports that report on the following measures: number of youth referrals, number of youth being evaluated and agreeing to services, number of youth completing treatment plan, number of youth re-engaging in their education, number of suicide interventions.
