Description: The Business Center at New Covenant Campus, in conjunction with the National Foundation for Teaching Entrepreneurship, will operate the Urban Youth Entrepreneurship Program. The program will teach students how to write a business plan incorporation science and technology, and give them the skills to become successful entrepreneurs and businesspeople. The program will serve up to 60 high school students chosen through a selective application process based on academic performance. The Business Center will report on performance measures including a 90% retention rate of participants, and participant satisfaction and skills learned as evidenced by pre and post program evaluations.
