Description: Shelby County will establish a partnership project with Northaven Elementary School to identify students at risk of violence or as perpetrators and/or victims. In order to achieve the goal of reducing school violence on or near campus, reduce gang involvement and provide teachers with the skills to identify potential violent situations, this project will provide conflict resolution training for selected students and teachers. The County of Shelby will report the performance that shows the number of trainings provided and whether the trainings achieved the identified goals of the project.
