Description: The purpose of the "MADD Victim Services and Public Awareness Initiative" cooperative agreement is to address underage drinking and drunk driving issues from prevention to victim support. The eight proposed programs under this award include, MADD's Victim Services Awareness Campaign, the Victim Services Outreach and Support Project, the Victim Services Training Project, the Youth in Action program, the Community Action Training Project, the Taskforce to Address the Impact of Drunk Driving on Diverse Populations, the Law Enforcement Education, Cooperation, and Recognition Project, and the Hispanic Outreach Campaign.
