Description: From January 1974 to September 1986, eight persons were murdered in the City of Wichita. These crimes were linked to a common suspect by several means, including scientific evidence. The person committing these crimes named himself BTK (Bind, Torture, and Kill). A person is currently in custody as a suspect in these killings and these funds be used to assist in the costs associated with this case.
