Description: The Montana Supreme Court will use the FY 2005 grant funds to implement a fully functional automated case management system for the Supreme Court's Office of the Clerk. The new case management system will: (1)Provide the Court with a comprehensive, contemporary, automated system for case and document management, document generation and electronic document distribution. (2) Enable the Court to provide timely, consistent, accurate, and meaningful data to state and federal agencies, the Montana Legislature, law enforcement, and the public. (3) Provide the Court the ability to generate complex statistical, analytical, and ad hoc reports for judicial, legislative, state, federal, and local entities.
