Description: The Arizona Supreme Court will use the funds for a twofold purpose: To train judicial personnel on the elements of the Strategic Agenda for Arizona's Courts 2005-2010; and to help unify the court system by focusing judicial leadership on the strategic agenda. The goals of the strategic agenda are to: Protect Children, Families and Communities; Provide Access to Swift, Fair Justice; Be Accountable; Serve the Public by Improving the Legal Profession; and Improve Communication and Cooperation within the Community, Other Branches of Government and within the Judicial Branch.
