Description: Wyandotte FOCUS is initiating a program to reduce the rate of recidivism by providing coordination and support of reintegration-related services to offenders being released from the Kansas and county correctional systems into Wyandotte County, Kansas. The program will include plans tailored to the needs of individual clients as well as group activities targeting the general needs of those reentering the community after a period of incarceration. Program support will extend to client's families as well.
