Description: The Town of Richton is furnishing and equipping their new public safety facility that houses the police department, court clerks, and a new courtroom. The new facility provides a safe and secure location for public service agencies. Through the implementation of this project, the Town of Richton is also installing a much needed backup power source generator, a new weather warning device, and a video camera system that improves communication between police officers and the dispatcher. A line item in the FY 2005 congressional budget provides funding to the Town of Richton.
