Description: The Richmond County Sheriff's Office Narcotics Division will implement a counter-drug technology enhancement program using advanced technologies to further drug investigations. The funds will be utilized to purchase the following: a portable audio/video receiving system, a Global Positioning System, covert microwave video camera systems and microwave receivers, and covert audio/video recorder, transmitting and duplicator devices. These new technologies will enable the Narcotics Division to increase their counter-drug investigations and arrests.
