Description: Carbon County will use the the FY 2005 Congressionally Mandated funds to support a drug court that will address substance abuse treatment, educational, vocational and social needs of the participants. The program goals are to increase the capacity of treatment programs for individuals with felony drug arrests; maintain a drug court case processing plan from entry into the program to graduation or termination; supervise adult offenders using incentives and sanctions; and provide stable housing and employment.
