Citation Excerpt: P.L. 108-447: Provided further, That $246,963,000 of the funds for subpart 1, part D of title V of the ESEA shall be available for the projects and in the amounts specified in the statement of the managers on the conference report accompanying this Act. Appropriations conference report (H. Rept. 108-792), as amended by Sec. 6041, Technical Corrections in Emerg Supp. HR (Cnf) 109-72, P.L. 109-13: Within the total for FIE, the following amounts are also provided: SURE Foundation, Washington, DC for computers and educational materials $175,000. NOTE: The organization did not apply for the funds.
