Description: This one year Senior Center project of Vermont's Department of Aging and Independent Living is a state-wide effort to increase awareness of, access to, and participation in Vermont's rural, multi-purpose Senior Center programs promoting older adult health, socialization, and independence. The goals of this project are to facilitate access to services and strengthen community-based service delivery systems and senior center infrastructure.
