Description: The United Jewish Federation of Pittsburgh and its partners, the Jewish Association on Aging, the Jewish Community Center of Greater Pittsburgh, and the Jewish Family and Children's Service, are conducting a four year demonstration project of service delivery to older adults aging in place in selected census tract neighborhoods of Pittsburgh. The program goal is to assure that older adults and their families are aware of, and have access to, all available programs and services that will help older adults remain independent and safe for as long as possible in their own homes.
