Description: Good Shepherd Home of Ashland, OH and STA Healthcare, Inc., will implement an automated system of Nursing Care Processes based upon: disease management, measurement of disease-specific outcomes, use of standardized nursing processes, outcomes analysis/reporting, and continuous performance enhancement. The project's goals are to improve disease management for skilled residents, improve staff performance and increase consumer satisfaction, and to improve functional/ADL outcomes.
