Description: Rebuilding Together continues to expand the scope of the "Safe at Home" grant activities through its 269 affiliate members. Of special emphasis this year is falls prevention and supporting home modifications for the 'Aging-in-Place' initiative. The overarching goal is to expand partnerships between the affiliate chapters and the Aging Network to promote training activities to help the affiliates gain increased understanding of universal design for helping seniors remain at home and to help the Aging Network gain new and valued partners for helping low-income seniors.
