Description: Jewish Family and Children's Services of Southern New Jersey, in partnership with the Jewish Federation of Southern New Jersey, is implementing a 17 month "Help is Where the Home Is" demonstration project for seniors aging in place in a Cherry Hills, New Jersey apartment complex. The project goal is to prevent premature placement in an institutional facility.
