Description: The Jewish Federation of Las Vegas and its partners are conducting a project demonstration creating a supportive service program for older adults aging in place in Las Vegas neighborhoods. The goal of the project is to provide senior citizens the necessary tools and support systems to continue living an independent lifestyle in their own homes with an increased quality of life as they age in place. Service components include congregate and delivered meals, medical prescription and supplies, homemaker services, transportation, environmental home improvement, and home technology.
