Description: The Jewish Federation of Washington and its community partners are conducting a multi-year demonstration program of supportive services to older residents who are aging in place in suburban apartments and condominiums. The goal is to help seniors age 60 and over cope with daily activities, feel personally safe, engage in social, educational and recreational activities, and be ensured of access and availability of wellness services. This will enable them to remain independent and living in their own homes as long as possible.
