Description: The Jewish Federation of Greater Atlanta, together with a coalition of community, state, and county partners, is conducting a supportive service demonstration to meet the needs of communities in Greater Atlanta and Savannah, Georgia, which have high concentrations of older adults living in their homes. The project's goal is to build the capacity of older adults to age in place and the community's capacity to support them in this process.
