Description: Jewish Family Service of Rochester, in partnership with other community organizations, is conducting a demonstration of supportive services for older adults aging in place in two apartment complexes in suburban areas of Rochester, New York. The project goal is to enable older adults to access a continuum of supportive services, including transportation, social services and activities that will keep them independent and connected to their community.
