Description: Jewish Family Service of Buffalo and Erie County is collaborating with partner agencies, the Amherst Center for Senior Services and the Jewish Community Center of Greater Buffalo, to conduct a demonstration of supportive services for older adults living in two conjoining neighborhoods. The project goal is to promote maximum independence and encourage community awareness, social integration, and volunteerism, in order to support aging in place of older residents.
