Description: The Jewish Family and Children's Service of Minneapolis and its 13 organizational partners are conducting a demonstration of supportive services and activities for older residents of two suburbs and a county adjacent to the City of Minneapolis - the Cities of St. Louis Park and Hopkins and Carver County, Minnesota. The project goal is to create an environment that nurtures healthy aging and helps older adults remain independent for as long as possible in their own homes with the activities and services they need to be healthy, safe, engaged citizens.
