Description: Jewish Family and Children's Service of Mercer County will conduct a 17 month demonstration project to support and develop services and activities for older adults in three diverse county residential communities. The project goal is to prevent frail, elderly individuals from premature institutionalization by increasing functional independence and life enrichment in their own communities and enhance their physical and emotional wellbeing.
