Description: Jewish Family and Child Service of Portland, Oregon, will conduct, in partnership with Multnomah County Aging and Disability Services, Cedar Sinai Park, and the Neighborhood House, a 12 month demonstration of a supportive service program for seniors aging in place in a southwest Portland apartment complex. The project goal is to foster independent living through the provision of services that promote self-sufficiency and allow residents to remain in place for as long as possible.
