Description: Haddington Multi Services, Inc. will ease caregiver burden by providing education, relief, and access to services and supports necessary for caregivers to provide quality care in a home-based setting. The staff of the "Survival of the Caregiver Program" will develop a searchable database of various service supports. Additionally, they will undertake extensive outreach efforts to alert West Philadelphia's caregiving community about the extent of informational resources and services available. A variety of caregiver workshops will also be offered.
