Description: The Greater Miami Jewish Federation, along with the Jewish Federations of Broward County, South Palm Beach County and Palm Beach, are conducting a demonstration of the provision of services and activities in five age-restricted residential communities in four counties in Southeastern Florida. The goal is to increase resident access to services, which improve their quality of life and enable them to function more effectively in their homes, thereby reducing the need for extended institutional long-term care.
