Description: The City of Rancho Cucamonga will establish a Senior Health, Nutrition, and Transportation Program in order to improve participation and access to health, wellness and fitness information and services for the senior population. The program will establish a series of physical fitness classes, compile a library of resource materials, create an adaptive technology center, facilitate educational workshops on health-related issues, and provide transportation services for seniors. This will greatly improve the health, physical fitness, vitality, and overall quality of life of seniors.
