Delaware River Basin Ecologically Sustainable Water Project

Description: Completes modeling to determine ecologically-based flow relationships for the Upper Delaware River main stem and tributaries to develop a decision support system that would analyze and interpret water management and reservoir operations alternatives. Funding would also be directed to the development of a fully functional and user-friendly decision support system incorporating a reservoir operations model; downstream temperatures and habitat time series components; and thermal budgets for reservoirs based on the previous year's data collection of habitat, hydrologic, and temperature data in the upper mainstem Delaware River and Neversink River.
