Citation Excerpt: The Committee has also included an increase of $1,000,000 to continue health care programs under Article II, Section 1, of the Agreement between the Government of the United States and the Government of the Marshall Islands for the implementation of Section 177 of the Compact of Free Association. These funds shall be used to ensure continued medical programs and services to members of the Enewetak, Bikini, Rongelap and Utrik communities, born prior to 1960, who currently reside on islands, such as Enewetak, Kili, Mejetto, and Utrik, that otherwise do not have medical services available.
