Description: ATF has developed a plan that would allow the co-location of a number of similar facilities servicing the firearms and explosives industries in Martinsburg, West Virginia. The relocation of activities of the Federal Firearms Licensing Center (FFLC) in Atlanta requires modifying the existing space in Martinsburg, which already houses a number of ATF activities. The space modification will allow for the housing of personnel required for the FFLC as well as any furniture and office equipment needs.
