Description: Includes funds to pay administrative expenses, implementation of terrestrial wildlife plans, activities associated with land transferred or to be transferred, and annual expenses for operating recreational areas. Not more than $1,000,000 shall be provided for administrative expenses and the remaining funds shall be distributed as directed by Title IV to the State of South Dakota, the Cheyenne River Sioux Tribe and the Lower Brule Sioux Tribe.
