Description: Within the funds provided, the Corps of Engineers is directed to utilize up to $2,500,000 in cooperation with Operation Respond, a non-profit organization, to implement a demonstration project collecting and integrating imagery of a selected segment of the Ohio Basin, gathering data from Federal and non-Federal interests, developing and testing software primarily for the use of emergency responders, and for stabilization measures for the Emery Lane bank failure at Indianapolis, Indiana.
