Description: Funds ASMP to support rapid power projection of CONUS-based forces to include capability to immediately deploy and sustain a five-division corps with support to any emergency crisis worldwide. Implements Army's portion of DoD Mobility Requirements Study. Includes funding for improvements to enhance the movement of equipment and supplies in CONUS. It provides for deployment training initiatives, upgraded deployment outload facilities, container procurement, ship lease and operations to support prepositioned stocks afloat.
