Description: The Program Executive Office (PEO) GCS e-Business Life Cycle Management Portal (referred to as the "Portal" within this document) is the digital environment enabling collaboration and data sharing with customers, suppliers and various organizations within the Army's Lifecycle Management to support its mission to manage the acquisition, systems integration, product improvement and fielding of ground combat and support systems. The focus of the Portal is to facilitate the overall efficient operations of the organization and support umbrella Army Life Cycle Management objectives such as reducing maintenance burden on the individual warfighter and getting products to the field faster. PEO GCS successfully achieved higher productivity and lower cost by replacing paper-based communication and program management systems with a Portal designed for enterprise workflow and information management.
