Description: This add was used to bring the Technical Data Knowledge Management (TDKM) System from a proof-of-concept effort to full production operational capability for use by Forces Afloat. TDKM is a "tailored" content delivery and management system that driven by ships configuration data. This effort was follow-on and direct outgrowth of a OSD-DII/N-40 funded initiative to explore advanced new concepts for content delivery in the Navy.
