Description: Support the Tactical Control System (TCS) program to include: Hardware and software procurement in support of the Wireless UNCLASSIFIED Local Area Network (WULAN) System. WULAN is the first phase of a wireless extension to TCS which, when fully implemented, will enable the sailors to access tactical and non-tactical shipboard information resources from anywhere on the ship.
