Description: The FMSS is a multifaceted program designed to develop advanced rigid and soft-walled shelters for forward deployed healthcare providers. The scope of the FMSS program is (1) to develop a replacement for the Deployable Medical Systems (DEPMEDS) operating room (OR) shelter, and (2) to develop a self-contained emergency response system for the Forward Surgical Team (FST).
