Description: The research hypothesis is that the United States military personnel who experience an amputation associated with conflict have unique profiles in terms of their health, health care utilization, economic and psychosocial outcomes over their lifespan. The Indiana-Ohio Center will test the hypothesis on the Vietnam veterans who have had over 30 years of life experience with traumatic amputation since the Vietnam conflict.
