Description: The contractor will develop prototype conformable video rate displays, 4 each, that incorporates advanced low power consumption phosphorescent Organic Light Emitting Device (OLED) display technology deposited on metallic foil substrates with thin film encapsulation and attached driver circuitry. The program deliverable will be a significant step towards the development and deployment of a fully flexible, rollable integrated communication device.
